Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 1-3 weeks

United States: 3-5 business days

North America: 3-5 business days

Europe: 2-3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

✤ International Shipping

The package will have tracking number but it will not updating once it gets out the U.S. because USPS had disable tracking service international parcels. Tracking will not update again until the package is delivered. For international delivery expect 12 - 20 days.

Please understand that USPS is a third party source that both you and I depend on to deliver our package

✤ Missing Order??

 If you have not received your order, please check the information below for production and shipping times. Please note that Canadian and international locations take longer than US orders. If it has been longer than the time mentioned, check the tracking number on your order and contact your local post office. Talk to your neighbors or friends to see if they might have it. If not, contact me and we will discuss getting you a new item.  Customers can be fully refunded for the orders that did not arrive upon request (provided the address given was correct). If a refund is not acceptable, we can ship the order a second time, but no refunds will be given for either of the shipments if it again fails to reach its destination.

✤ Customs fees?

We're sorry, but we have NO control over your country's customs officials.
Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not. All have different rates and rules.
Most packages go through without any charges, but unfortunately some do and it seems completely random as to which do and which do not.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In some cases it might take longer due the custom checks.

✤ Returns and Refunds

• If you decide to return the item after you receive it, you're responsible for the cost of shipping back to me. Once the item is received and demeen to be in unworn, new condition, you'll be refunded the cost of your order.
